These Terms are an agreement between you and Naimic Studios ("we", "us"), E-120, Block F, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan. By downloading or playing MoneyFlow (the "Game") you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Who can play
MoneyFlow is for everyone. On first launch the Game asks for your birthday and keeps only whether you are under 13 or 13+, never the date. If you are under 13, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you. Players under 13 play in Child mode: no personalised ads, no analytics, quick chat off by default, and a parent must approve purchases.
2. The Game is a game, not financial advice
MoneyFlow teaches money ideas through play. All money, salaries, businesses, stocks, loans and prices in the Game are fictional. Nothing in the Game is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Do not make real-world money decisions based on the Game.
3. Licence to use the Game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use, under these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We and our licensors keep all rights in the Game, including its code, art, board design, cards, music, names and logos.
4. What you must not do
You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the Game; use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with the Game or other players; remove copyright notices; use the Game for anything illegal; or use quick chat or player names to harass, threaten or offend others.
5. Player names and quick chat
In Pass & Play you type names for the seats on your device. For online play, players 13 and older choose a player name that other players can see; it is checked by a word filter and must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, your real full name, someone else's name, or pretend to be Naimic Studios staff. Players under 13 get a generated name (for example "Brave Panda 42") and cannot type one. Quick chat only sends preset phrases and emotes; there is no free text. Players can mute or block others, and parents can turn quick chat off in Parental controls. Quick chat is off by default in Child mode.
6. Ads and the No Ads purchase
MoneyFlow is free to play — Pass & Play, Vs Bots and online — and shows ads. Ads appear only between games (after a game ends or when you leave a match), never during a turn. If you go bankrupt, you can choose to watch an optional ad for a "Second Chance". You can buy "No Ads" once for US$0.99 (price may vary by country) to turn off ads permanently and support development during Early Access. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple under their terms, not by us; we never see your card details. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their refund policies. You can restore the purchase on a new device signed in to the same store account with "Restore purchase" in Settings. The purchase gives no advantage inside a match. In Child mode, a parent gate (PIN or a grown-ups-only question) appears before the purchase screen.
7. Internet, Early Access and changes
MoneyFlow needs an internet connection to start and to play, including Pass & Play and Vs Bots. The Game is in Early Access. Features, rules, cards and balance may change, and bugs may happen. We may update, pause or stop offering the Game. Saved games are kept on your device; uninstalling the Game or clearing its data can delete them.
8. Online play
Online play is free. It unlocks after your first tutorial game and uses an anonymous player account created automatically (no email or password). When you play online: (a) play fair — no cheating, using bugs on purpose, modified versions of the Game, or disrupting other players' matches; (b) don't spam chat or emotes or try to upset other players; (c) only report real problems — reports are sent to us and we review them, and false reports may also be acted on. If you break these rules we may change your player name, mute you, remove your results from leaderboards, or block you from online play, temporarily or permanently; Pass & Play and Vs Bots stay available. If you disconnect, your seat is held for 2 minutes and a bot plays your turns until you return; if you leave a match on purpose, a bot takes your seat for the rest of the match. If the host leaves, the match ends for everyone. Online matches cannot be paused or saved. Weekly leaderboards reset every week, and we may remove results we believe were gained unfairly. Online play depends on the internet and on third-party services (Unity Gaming Services); we don't promise it will always be available, may require the latest version of the Game, and may change or end online features with notice in the Game or on our website. Players under 13 can play online only after a parent turns on "Allow online play" in Parental controls.
9. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free or always available.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or saves. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing, we have no liability to you, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
11. Ending these Terms
You can stop at any time by deleting the Game. We may end your licence if you seriously break these Terms.
12. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance; Apple is not responsible for any claims about the Game (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims); if the Game fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price and Apple has no other warranty obligation; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries who may enforce these Terms against you. You confirm you are not in a country under US embargo and are not on a US list of prohibited parties.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, show a notice in the Game. Continuing to play means you accept the new Terms.
